Screen repair isn't part of our cleaning service. If we see torn or loose screens, we'll point them out.

Yes. We clean along the top of the enclosure where it meets the house as part of the job.

Mildew and algae usually come off. Some older stains, like rust or deep discoloration, may fade instead of disappearing completely, and we'll tell you up front.
